Penang reaches highest MCO compliance level, says state exco

PENANG reached its highest compliance level with the movement-control order , now at 99.9%, since its implementation on March 18, said State Housing, Local Government, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo. He said both the Penang Island City Council and Seberang Perai City Council reported that as of yesterday, the MCO compliance rate was at 99% and 99.9% respectively.
