The spokesperson said the department despatched rescue personnel after they received distress call over the incident at about 8.26pm.Earlier today, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah visited The Habitat on Penang Hill.
