Open tender for Penang airport expansion expected by year-end

THE open tender for Penang International Airport’s expansion is expected to be called by year-end, said Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng. He said the government has approved both the PIA expansion and Kulim International Airport development projects on the condition that they are carried out via private financing initiatives .
