PELANCARAN satelit Measat-3d diharap dapat membantu merapatkan jurang digital, seterusnya menarik lebih ramai anak muda untuk menceburi bidang aeroangkasa. Perdana Menteri Ismail Sabri Yaakob berkata dengan pelancaran satelit itu juga, keupayaan capaian Internet di kawasan bandar dan sub-luar bandar akan lebih ditingkatkan di seluruh Semenanjung, Sabah dan Sarawak.
