Pelan mitigasi banjir Kota Belud perlu dipercepat, kata Shafie

KETUA Menteri Sabah Mohd Shafie Apdal mengusulkan agar RM50 juta yang diperuntukkan kerajaan pusat untuk menjalankan kajian kebolehlaksanaan projek mitigasi banjir di Kota Belud digunakan untuk melaksanakan projek itu. Ini kerana katanya berdasarkan perkembangan semasa, kajian kebolehlaksanaan itu sudah tidak perlu memandangkan kejadian banjir di kawasan berkenaan disebabkan antaranya oleh sungai yang cetek.
