Menurut Pengarah Negara Randstad Malaysia, Ryan Caroll, berdasarkan kaji selidik jangkaan bonus 2019 yang dijalankan, para pekerja didapati tidak sabar-sabar untuk diberi ganjaran atas sumbangan dan kesetiaan mereka kepada organisasi di mana mereka bekerja, terutama jika mereka terus kekal bersama majikan di tengah-tengah perubahan politik dan transformasi projek perniagaan utama tahun lalu.

Katanya, walaupun hampir semua daripada respondan tinjauan bersetuju bahawa penerimaan bonus adalah penting untuk penglibatan mereka dengan syarikat itu, 59 peratus mengatakan bahawa ia bukan satu-satunya faktor yang akan membuat mereka mula mempertimbangkan kemungkinan untuk bertukar pekerjaan. “85 peratus daripada syarikat yang ditinjau pula merancang untuk membuat pembayaran bonus tahun ini, daripada jumlah itu, 79 peratus majikan bersedia untuk memberi ganjaran kepada pekerja mereka dengan bonus purata satu hingga dua bulan dan 20 peratus memberi ganjaran kepada kakitangan tiga hingga lima bulan bonus.

“Hanya satu syarikat yang ditinjau memberi lima bulan atau lebih dalam bonus tahunan,” katanya dalam kenyataan di sini hari ini. -UTUSAN ONLINE
