Actions taken by the Royal Malaysia Police , including the process involved, in enforcing the Movement Control Order to address the Covid-19 pandemic will be documented for future reference, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid BadorHe said this would provide the future generation of PDRM with a template or model on action to be taken when faced with a similar situation.
“The effectiveness is achieved within a short time and there are many things we learn from this crisis,” he added. “PDRM is provided food allocation, if possible, send it to the Social Welfare Department for distribution to the needy,” he added.Meanwhile, he advised members of the police force to remain patient in discharging their duty during MCO.
