In a thrilling conclusion to the Challenge Cup semi-final, PDRM FC secured their spot in the final after defeating KDA FC 5-4 in a penalty shootout at Stadium Darul Aman. The match was a tense back-and-forth affair, with both teams creating numerous chances but failing to break the deadlock in regulation time. The game remained goalless until the 79th minute when PDRM FC substitute Shafizi Iqmal Md. Khiruddin scored to give his side the lead.
However, KDA FC fought back and equalized in stoppage time through a goal by Ifedayo Olusegun. The match went into extra time, but neither team could find another goal, forcing a penalty shootout to decide the winner. In the shootout, all five PDRM FC players converted their penalties, while KDA FC's final attempt by Wan Amirul Afiq was saved by PDRM FC goalkeeper Bryan See, sending his team into the final.
