More than 31,000 outbound passengers and 27,000 inbound passengers were monitored by the Philippine Coast Guard in various ports nationwide as of noontime of Christmas Day on Sunday, Dec. 25.
Many of the passengers were going to their home provinces to celebrate Christmas Day and enjoy the extended holiday weekend with their families.
