KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) has confirmed it will contest in the May 11 Sandakan parliamentary by-election.
Parti Bersatu Sabah president Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili announced Monday that PBS will contest the May 11 Sandakan by-election.Parti Bersatu Sabah has confirmed it will contest in the May 11 Sandakan parliamentary by-election.
“PBS is also willing to cooperate with other like-minded opposition parties, whether national or local,” he said in a statement here Monday . PBS has since quit the coalition after the then ruling government’s poor performance in the 14th general election last May.
