johorbahru Selebriti dan deejay radio, Patrick Teoh mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Sesyen Johor Bahru, hari ini, atas pertuduhan membuat dan memulakan penghantaran komen jelik di laman sosial, Mei lalu.
Tertuduh, Teoh Kang Yong, 73, membuat pengakuan itu selepas pertuduhan dibacakan jurubahasa di hadapan Hakim Kamarudin Kamsun.
Tertuduh didakwa mengikut Subseksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 dan boleh dihukum mengikut Subseksyen 233 Akta yang sama. Hakim menetapkan 20 Julai depan bagi serahan dokumen, selain menetapkan jaminan sebanyak RM10,000 dengan seorang penjamin.
