Police are searching for a suspect who broke into a Philadelphia church and headed straight for the collection box. The pastor says the box had recently been emptied.
The suspect heads to the main office and finds the collection or tithe box.
"We have every reason to believe that was not the real number because the box had been emptied," Waller said. "But what is true is that someone broke into the building...and made a beeline for ."It is not clear how the $20,000 mark was determined in the initial police report."I can only imagine how hurt you are, bro, sis, that you had to break into a church and attempt to get something. Our concern is for you.
