A Batik Air flight from Hanoi, Vietnam to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia had to be delayed when a passenger refused to obey the rules.

In a viral TikTok video posted by @fegiegie, the passenger was seen in a heated argument with the cabin crew, who did their best to remain calm while dealing with the passenger. The argument started when the passenger accused the cabin crew of pointing fingers at her. In another TikTok video by @fegiegie, other passengers could be heard cheering as she was forced to leave the flight.In a statement by the spokesperson of Batik Air, Danang Mandala Prihantoro confirmed the matter and said the event took place on January 5.

As the situation escalated, Danang stated that, following a procedural discussion, they ultimately decided to remove the passenger from the flight.
