Pasir Gudang MCA believes the state government and the authorities involved in the second air pollution incident here did not learn a lesson from the Sungai Kim Kim incident.
Its chief Tan Tuan Peng said Monday that it has been more than three months after Sungai Kim Kim but the air pollution had recurred. “They are either clueless on what is happening right now or hiding the truth from the public. It is the people’s lives at stake here. “The government should have come up with a standard operating procedure following the Sungai Kim Kim incident but where is it?” he asked.Across The Star Online
