PAS information chief Nasrudin Hassan has urged the DAP-led Penang to furnish details of the underwater tunnel project in light of the controversy surrounding it.
Controversial blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin had posted a series of allegations regarding the project in his blog, which come with the purportedly leaked MACC investigation papers on the contractor of the project.Abdull told the media that his officers had lodged a report on the leak, while the Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad had labelled Raja Petra as a liar.
"This project is of public interest as there is an allegation that the mode of payment involves a land swap, which affects the environment.He believed that the continuous attack against PAS is an effort to cover up the Penang underwater tunnel scandal.
