The city is planning a repaving project for popular cut-through street Denison Boulevard.
“We’ve been having internal discussions with our city engineer and we’re going to be releasing our list of streets that are in desperate need of repair and are in very poor shape,” Parma Heights Mayor Marie Gallo said.
City Council awarded Bowen + Associates, Inc. $28,500 to prepare the plans, specifications and cost estimates for the Denison Boulevard resurfacing project. “We’re trying to choose shovel-ready projects and this one is shovel-ready,” he said. “It’s going to be a mill and fill. “If we’re successful, the rest of N. Church Drive by York Road and all of Kingsdale Boulevard will be included in next year’s budget.”
