Macron announces restaurants and bars to reopen in France on Monday, sooner than anticipated

France will also reopen its borders to other EU nations on Monday and will reopen to other countries outside the EU who have controlled their COVID-19 outbreaks beginning on July 1.
France had initially designated areas red or green, though the orange zone designation was added to depict areas that showed improvements but still weren't ready to relax restrictions entirely, according to. In orange zones, cafes, bars, and restaurants were permitted to open for outdoor seating only.
