The Maynilad Water Service Inc. announced that water service interruption will be implemented today, Jan. 22, in six barangays in Parañaque and Pasay City.
The Maynilad advised the affected barangays in the two cities to store enough water for their consumption before the implementation of water service interruption from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. According to the advisory of Maynilad, water service cutoff will be implemented due to emergency repair at Putatan water treatment facility.
In Parañaque city, the areas to experience water service interruption are Barangays Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, Merville, Moonwalk, San Antonio, and San Isidro. Three of the identified areas — Barangays Don Bosco, Marcelo Green and San Antonio — also suffered water interruption from 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, to 1:00 a.m. of Jan. 22.The Maynilad will be deploying mobile water tanks to areas affected by the water interruption.
