PETALING JAYA: The Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya management has confirmed that a member of the staff from a Brands Outlet in its building tested positive for Covid-19.
The mall management said that it is monitoring the progress closely and will be providing the necessary support to the tenant following the safety and health guidelines by the Health Ministry.
The management of the mall also said that the member of the outlet's staff had been on leave from Sept 27 to Oct 1 and had not entered the premises since Oct 3. "Subsequently, the member of the outlet's staff was contacted and notified by the Health Ministry that his roommate tested positive for Covid-19.
The individual's co-workers, as well as those who have been in direct contact with him are being traced, notified and advised to immediately undergo self-quarantine, it added.
