Para Sukma 2024: Pahang berjaya kutip 15 pingat emas, lepasi 10 sasaran ditetapkan
KUANTAN: Skuad para Pahang yang menyertai Para Sukan Malaysia di Sarawak sudah pun memperoleh 15 pingat emas setakat hari ini melepasi sasaran 10 pingat emas yang ditetapkan.
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Komunikasi dan Multimedia, Belia, Sukan dan Badan-badan Bukan Kerajaan negeri, Fadzli Mohamad Kamal berkata, ia pencapaian terbaik Pahang di luar negeri ini berbanding sembilan pingat sebelum ini. “Kita juga ada potensi untuk memungut dua lagi emas hari ini dan diharap mampu dicapai,” katanya dalam sidang akhbar selepas merasmikan Festival Pengakap Antarabangsa Pahang 2024 di Stadium Darul Makmur di sini hari ini.
Fadzli berbangga dengan pencapaian atlet para negeri ini kerana mampu mencipta kejayaan walaupun serba kekurangan.“Justeru, kerajaan Pahang akan bersama dengan atlet Para Sukma ini dan insya-Allah akan ada perubahan yang akan saya maklumkan kemudian,” katanya. – UTUSAN
