Papa John's founder John Schnatter resigns from board in settlement deal
Papa John's International Inc. PZZA, +2.96% said Tuesday it reached a settlement deal with founder John Schnatter, in which Schnatter will resign from the pizza chain's board of directors when an independent director is appointed. Schnatter and the company will cooperating in identifying the independent director.
