Palestinian families in northern Gaza start setting up tents to house their relatives who have been displaced, two days before they are expected to return to their homes as stipulated in a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas.

Sebahagian besar daripada ratusan ribu rakyat Palestin yang akan pulang ke utara Gaza dijangka menemui kediaman mereka dalam keadaan musnah selepas serangan ketenteraan Israel selama 15 bulan yang telah menghancurkan wilayah itu serta meragut lebih 47,000 nyawa penduduk. “Pada Sabtu, orang ramai akan datang dari selatan dan memenuhi Gaza. Di mana mereka akan tinggal? Kem ini hanya boleh menampung 100 ke 200 orang. Namun, akan ada 1.5 juta orang datang dari selatan,” katanya kepada Reuters.
