PAKISTAN menolak dakwaan India bahawa pihak negara berkenaan telah membunuh ramai anggota militan dalam serangan udara, yang disifatkan oleh Pakistan sebagai “bertindak sendiri, melulu dan rekaan”. Pegawai kerajaan Pakistan berkata, pesawat pejuang India menceroboh ruang udaranya dan mengebom Balakot yang teretak di barat laut negara itu, namun tiada kerosakan dan kemalangan jiwa dilaporkan.
