Pakej 5G Rahmah is available to all Malaysians from 31st August 2023. Here's what you need to know about the 5G postpaid and device bundle.

Typically, smartphones are bundled with one one-year warranty but these devices come with a 2-year warranty as part of the Pakej 5G Rahmah bundle.For consumers from the B40 income group, the government is providing an additional subsidy worth RM120 for the smartphone bundle under Pakej 5G Rahmah. This means B40 individuals can get the device for RM120 instead of RM240.
The subsidy will be given to the first 100,000 eligible recipients. The total subsidy of RM12 million will be funded by the government via the Multimedia Communications and Multimedia Commission .The Pakej 5G Rahmah plan and phone bundle are available for subscription from 31st August 2023 until 31st December 2023. More details will be revealed by the respective telcos and consumers can subscribe at the respective stores and online platforms.
