TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese technology investor Softbank Group believes it has an advantage over smaller rivals because it can leverage its entire $183.6 billion portfolio to help it build an ecosystem of firms that can employ artificial intelligence, a top executive said on Monday.

KUANTAN: The Pahang legislative assembly has for the first time appointed five people, including a non-politician, as additional state assemblymen.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail said the selection of the assemblymen took into consideration their family background, education, experience, career achievements and commitment to serving the community, reported Bernama.

The amendment provides for appointed assemblymen to take part in debates and committees, as well as voting.
