“Ibig sabihin po nito ay generally fair weather conditions po tayo sa malaking bahagi ng ating bansa, ngunit mas malaki yung tsansa na makakaranas tayo ng isolated o pulo-pulong pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog lalung-lalo na dito sa eastern section ng Visayas at Mindanao,” Torres said. Pagasa also identified the day’s hottest temperature at 42 degrees Celsius in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
Combined with 56 percent relative humidity, the state weather bureau said that the temperature range has been hazardous to the heath of individuals, as heat cramps and heat exhaustion are likely.
