MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area off Mindanao entered the boundary of the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said. In its latest weather advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the LPA was last spotted at 925 kilometers east of southeastern Mindanao.The LPA, however, remains less likely to develop into a tropical depression.
