The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao and bring rain showers across the country, PAGASA said Sunday afternoon.
In its 4 p.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said Eastern Visayas, the Bicol Region, Palawan, Quezon, Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ and shear line.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
