PAGASA issued a flood warning for the following areas, specifically along the Pasig, Marikina, and Tullahan rivers and their tributaries:Lower Marikina River - Pasig City, Mandaluyong CityTullahan River - Quezon City, Caloocan City, Malabon City, Navotas City, and Valenzuela CitySan Juan River - Quezon City, San Juan, and Manila City“People living near the mountain slopes and in the low-lying areas of the abovementioned cities and local disaster risk reduction and management councils concerned...
“Local flooding is possible in some areas due to poor drainage systems and impounding water,” it added.
