WILLIAMSPORT – A Williamsport man is facing a mandatory minimum 15-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to a federal child pornography charge.It is conditional because he will be allowed to withdraw it if he is successful in a suppression of evidence appeal that cannot be filed until he is sentenced.
On Aug. 7, 2020, two county probation officers conducted a home visit at the Park Avenue residence where Keen was living with his mother. The computer was hooked up to the internet with a tab open to a pornographic story about a 4-year-old child. That’s when he was taken into custody, she said. Also recovered, according to that document, were numerous erotic stories and emails indicating Keen allegedly was sharing them.
