, a Johnstown-area man is being accused of of bribing a young girl for “sexual favors” and facing charges., the investigation began in March of this year when the victim, now age 11, reported that she had been sexually assaulted by Anthony Drummond, 38, when she was in the second grade.
According to an affidavit, the assault occurred as Drummond was driving from Somerset to Richland Township, Cambria County, with the victim in the passenger seat. The victim told police that Drummond asked her to touch his genitals and, in return, he would buy her candy or a game.said Drummond was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on charges of indecent assault and indecent exposure.
