Police said they were waiting for Gerald Malloy at a Bensalem mall when he arrived, hoping to meet a 12-year-old boy.

According to police, 53-year-old Gerald Malloy began sending the boy messages on a dating app. He solicited the boy for sex and sent sexually explicit photos to the child. In the text messages, Malloy was “very explicit” with what he was planning on doing sexually to the child when they were together, police said.
