The average Pennsylvanian driver was found by a recent study to have a need for speed.
set out to create a study based upon a survey of 3,500 drivers to see how just how many of them had a case of the lead foot while driving over the past 30 days.
On top of that, the survey found that 60 percent of Pennsylvanian motorists are unaware of what the penalties for speeding are. Weirdly enough, though, only one in 10 felt that highways don’t need any speed limits at all. Pennsylvanians’ apparent need for speed is only half of the number one state with the most speeding incidents — Utah — where people confessed to have pumped the speedometer over 100 six times in the span of a month. Second place with an average four times was a four-way tie between Hawaii, Kansas, Missouri, and Virginia.
