ISKANDAR PUTERI: More than 90% of investment projects that have been announced for Johor have successfully been implemented, says Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.
The Investment, Trade and Industry Minister said that Johor has a good track record of executing the projects, both announced by the state government or his ministry."Sometimes, there are projects that could not be implemented. However, in Johor, almost 98% of all of the projects that were announced have been successfully implemented," he said.
Tengku Zafrul said this to reporters when met after chairing the Joint Industry Coordination Committee meeting at Bangunan Dato Jaafar Muhammad in Kota Iskandar here, “Both trade and investments are important, and in terms of contribution, Johor has contributed 30% of Malaysia's export value," he said.
