Over 80 Penang STPM candidates score perfect 4.0, says state Education chief

Well done, candidates from Penang!

State Education Department deputy director Wan Sajiri Wan Hassan said SMJK Jit Sin emerged the best school with 18 of its students scoring a CGPA of 4.0.

"The average CGPA for Penang candidates in STPM 2021 is 2.85,"he said during the announcement of the STPM 2021 results at SMJK Jit Sin on Thursday .He said a total of 2049 candidates sat for STPM in 2021 with 2048 of them being eligible for certificates. He said a total of 11 schools in Penang achieved 100% results where all their students were eligible for STPM certificates.or via short message service , where candidates can check by typing STPMMyKad NumberRoll Number and SMS to 15888, from 12.30 noon onwards.
