Khairy says over 500k missing digital vaccine cert complaints resolved
Developers of the MySejahtera application had in the past one week resolved more than 500,000 complaints from individuals who did not receive their Covid-19 digital vaccination certificate after completing the second dose, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said today.
Khairy in a statement also listed several identified reasons for a person’s digital certificate to not be displayed in their MySejahtera application. For individuals with multiple MySejahtera accounts, Khairy said the digital vaccine certificate will only be displayed on the device used when receiving the vaccine.
