Osman: I am still MB for now, Johor Sultan has yet to accept resignation

JOHOR BARU: Datuk Osman Sapian's status as the Mentri Besar is still in limbo as Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has yet to officially accept his resignation.

He said that Sultan Ibrahim took the letter and asked him to come back to the palace on Saturday evening to finalise the matter.

"In fact, His Majesty did not read my resignation letter and will keep it as a souvenir," he said at a press conference at Johor Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia headquarters in Kempas.
