Coming out 13 years after the first movie, Orphan: First Kill is actually a prequel and still stars Isabelle Fuhrman, now 25 in real life, as little Esther.
"After orchestrating a brilliant escape from an Estonian psychiatric facility, Esther travels to America by impersonating the missing daughter of a wealthy family," says Paramount, "Yet, an unexpected twist arises that pits her against a mother who will protect her family from the murderous 'child' at any cost." The movie hits Paramount+ and digital on August 19.
