PUTRAJAYA: The directive to clear out students' belongings in dormitories of higher learning institutions has been rescinded, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Senior Minister said the Higher Education Ministry have informed him that such order has been cancelled."The order to clear out the dorms is no more," he told reporters during the daily briefing on Saturday .

He was asked to comment on grouses by students, who were prevented from getting their belongings due to the interstate travel restriction."Starting Monday, married couples will be allowed to do so as well," he said.
