GUA MUSANG: With the state polls over, it is time to get ready for the National Day celebrations.
Mohd Nizam Zainal from the Temiar tribe in Pos Tohoi said residents were keen to liven up the facade of their bamboo houses in the spirit of National Day.
“They fought and died for the country and I am grateful to living in a peaceful Malaysia,” the 27-year-old told Bernama at Pos Tohoi, located 80km from Gua Musang. Pos Tohoi Orang Asli Village Security and Development Committee chairman Ajeh Baharom expressed pride over the enthusiasm shown by the settlement’s residents.
