Today, OPPO Malaysia just launched a new OPPO A78 5G phone model. It will be available from 14 January 2023 onwards for RM1099 in Glowing Purple and Glowing Black. Interested customers can purchase the phone at all My OPPO Space, OPPO Brand Stores, OPPO Official Online Store, OPPO Authorised Online Store, Chain Store Partners, E-comm partners and telco partners such as Maxis and U-mobile.
In terms of tech specs, one of the highlights would be the OPPO A78 5G's 5000mAh battery pack with its 33W SuperVOOC flash charge technology. It also has 8GB of RAM plus 8GB more via expandable memory. It's also worth mentioning that its 50MP main camera is capable of taking 108MP images due to the Ultra-Clear Image feature that upscales the resolution.
Besides that, the OPPO A78 5G features a 6.56-inch 90Hz display, a pair of stereo speakers with Real Original Sound Technology, MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, 128GB of storage with 1TB microSD memory expansion and runs on ColorOS 13 based on Android 13. OPPO also said the phone is quite durable against scratches and abrasion, as well as resistant to water splashes.
For Celcom and Digi users, the A78 5G will only be available from 7 February onwards. Customers purchasing at OPPO Brand Stores will also receive a free OPPO band worth RM159. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
