The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has a stern reminder for residents of the low-cost flats (PPR) in the city.
Please pay your rent!
“Please keep in mind that the rental fee is very low based on the market price. It’s RM124 per month for a house with 2 to 3 rooms.” In its post, DBKL also reminded existing residents about the thousands of PPR applicants who are waiting for their turns to get their respective units, and that they should feel lucky to have secured themselves a place in the PPR.
