The leak claims that there will be one SKU offering 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There is a possibility that the company may announce another variant with 128 GB of storage. The tablet will come equipped with the Helio G99 chipset and an 8,000mAh battery. Interestingly, the Galaxy Tab A9, which is expected to debut around the same time in India, is also said to be equipped with the same chip.
