Cortez’s seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu focuses on the coastal regions of France and Italy, and includes special event options and tastings. At One Wall, the restaurant has 24 seats, plus eight at the bar, a private dining room for 16 and a lounge with club seating for 24 people. There’s also a 4,500-square-foot landscaped terrace with full service and views of the Statue of Liberty.
