One-off GT3-powered Porsche 996 Classic Club Coupe sells for $1.2 million at auction.
at Porsche's 75th anniversary sale event held by Broad Arrow auctions at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta last weekend.
The GT3 drivetrain in the Classic Club Coupe was taken from a 996.2 GT3—the version sold here in America. It makes 381 hp and can rev to 8000 rpm. The car also gets its braking and suspension systems from the GT3. The Classic Club Coupe is easily identified by its Paint to Sample Sport grey metallic paint, racing stripes, unique front bumper, ducktail spoiler, and forged Fuchs five-spoke wheels. Inside you'll find unique Pepita pattern black and Slate grey leather on the the seats and other pieces of the cabin.
