Peoples Democratic Party has appointed the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, to head the seven-member governorship primary election committee.
The leadership of the PDP had settled for indirect primary in which only the 627 delegates will elect the party’s flag-bearer for the November 16, 2024 governorship election. “Seven aspirants were cleared by the Senator Sam Egwu Screening Committee to participate in the primary election.
