Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has called on indigenes of the state in Ondo State to vote for Agboola Ajayi, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, during the November 16 gubernatorial election. His call is coming even as the indigenes of the state have declared support for the PDP gubernatorial candidate, Agboola.
Governor Adeleke made this call on Tuesday while in Ondo State to join the PDP candidate in the campaign tour to some local governments in the state. While on the campaign trail, he was hosted by the Osun indigenes in Akure, the state capital. Addressing the crowd, the governor charged the Osun indigenes to work for the victory of the PDP in the forthcoming poll. He also asked them to go out on election day and vote for the PDP and stay with their votes.
Let’s go back to our communities that Agboola is the next governor of this state. “I’m glad to be here to support my brother, Agboola Ajayi, all the systems are working in Osun and we want to replicate it in Ondo here. PDP is the only progressive party. Go and vote, and stay with your votes.' The PDP candidate, Agboola Ajayi expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Osun for their unwavering support.
