KC Concepcion is quite the lucky one to be celebrating two dads and a couple more father figutres on Father's Day.
In a separate post, the celebrity shared an aww-inducing picture of herself hugging her stepdad from behind and thanked him "for being present in so many of my milestones in life since you came into my world and married mom."
"I still wear the pearl necklace you gave me on your wedding day as a reminder of your love," KC added. KC was among the celebrities who made the social media experience on Sunday such a joy as they celebrated their fathers.
