Crawford has moved between the bullpen and the rotation. He was shifted to a relief role after two starts this season when Garrett Whitlock returned from the injured list. "He's handled the back-and-forth very well," Red Sox pitching coach Dave Bush said on Friday. "He's gotten back into a routine and built up his innings. He can go as long as we need him."
