Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia, and Soh Wooi Yik each received a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro car for their efforts and contributions. The Malaysian heroes didn’t just drive away with brand new cars but each of them also received RM100,000, courtesy of the National Sports Council . “We hope more private companies would follow Chery’s lead in supporting Malaysian athletes. This is the 2nd time Aaron and Wooi Yik have brought home bronze, and the MSN has decided to reward them RM100,000 each.”In a media conference shared by Chery Malaysia on its Facebook page, Wooi Yik revealed that he would not be using the brand new Chery. He’s gifting the ride to his dad who prefers a bigger car.
